First
Reconciliation & First Eucharist

FIRST CONFESSION
A child’s first confession is a beautiful sacrament, instituted by Christ as a way to offer us His Mercy and Grace.  Currently our program is being offered online as a series of videos and questionnaires.

FIRST COMMUNION
While a child’s First Communion is a beautiful and memorable celebration, the true focus of this sacrament is the love through which the little one is welcomed at the table of the Lord.  Currently our program is being offered online as a series of videos and questionnaires.

All sacrament preparation begins after completing two years of our Faith Education for Children program.

Confirmation

Through the sacrament of Confirmation, a child’s relationship with God is strengthened in the gifts of the Holy Spirit: wisdom, understanding, counsel, knowledge, fortitude, piety and fear of the Lord.

Currently our preparatory program is being offered online as a series of six modules, offered from October through to May for children who have completed our Faith Education for Children program.

Mass attendance, Adult CAFEs, a retreat and the diocesan Cathedral visit are also components of Confirmation preparation.
